T Slot Jaws
Works with standard 3/4' x 3/8' miter gauges with or without a T-slot. Our track is great for shop built router tables that are not equipped to handle a miter gauge. You can add a miter or sliding fixture to anything that can be routed out to fit the Miter T-Track work bench, table saw extensions, drill press tables, and band saw tables. The miter T-bar slides into the miter track or miter slot in your table saw. The T-bar can be used to make sliding jigs and other fixtures throughout the shop. Add a lock down knob by drilling and tapping the T-bar, there is no end to the possibilities. Use #7785 (1-1/4' Straight bit) to make the groove for the Miter T-Track. T-Track length may vary up to 1/8'.

Stretching system 'ideal'Basic system without screw: screws in DIN 912 12.9 (hexagon socket) as well as in DIN 787 8.8 (T-slot) are available, as well as washers, keys etc. The stretching block allows a (virtually) unlimited extension of the stretching height.This stretching system is appropriate for all the stretching tasks to be carried out on machine tables with T-slot (between 10 and 28) or with threads (between M 10 and M 24) (up to M36: contact us for a special solution). Application possibilities: plastics injection molding machines, milling machines, BAZ, drilling machines, hydraulic and eccentric molding presses, and many more. The basic version of this system is capable of achieving stretching heights between 0..50 and 0..100 mm, depending on the construction size. If combined with the stretching block, the stretching height can be further increased. The particular construction of the stretching elements offers a maximum range of continuous adjustability. Mold mounting plates of different height and size can be easily mounted onto machine tables equipped with T-slots or threaded reception units. No matter which method you use – a high-precision fastening is always guaranteed. The stretching elements are easy to handle. The counter bearing is flexibly connected to the clamping jaw's body. No additional auxiliary elements such as stretching supports are required. A mold change can be achieved in considerably shorter times. |

The fact that the counter bearings are higher allows achieving higher stretching heights.This Stretching system is ideal for all the stretching tasks to be carried out on machine tables with T-slots (between 10 and 28mm). It represents an extension of the stretching system 'ideal' and is supplied by default with T-slot screws. The system has been designed so that the stretching ranges of the individual sizes are built up to complement each other, which guarantees trouble-free stretching regardless of the stretching height.
